our team

Our church is blessed by many who serve in many ways, but we are lead by a group of ministers who have been set aside to do the work of ministry.

The Rev Owen Robson

Minister-in-charge

Owen was raised in the picturesque Blue Mountains, west of Sydney. He has recently completed his studies at Moore Theological College in Newtown, and is looking forward to sharing the gospel with the Belmore community. Owen is married to Amy, and they have a young family.

Owen works Wednesday-Monday

The Rev Steve Flanagan

Assistant Minister

Steve was raised in Merrylands and has worked as a ‘sparkie’ before becoming a Youth Minister. He has been working as a Youth and now an Assistant Minister at St Alban’s since 1996. He is married to Carla and has two adult sons. He is a military enthusiast, and has a very notorious alter-ego named ‘Frank’.

Steve works Sunday-Tuesday

Xanthe Yemm

Assistant Minister (small groups and discipleship)

Xanthe enjoys baking, gardening, the Australian bush and a perfectly brewed cup of tea. She recently finished studying at Sydney Missionary and Bible College and is excited about sharing the joy of Jesus with those around her.

Xanthe is married to Rob and they are enjoying settling into life in the Belmore area.

Xanthe works Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday

Abraham Dit
Sudanese Pastor

Abraham was born in the Yirol region of South Sudan, and did his Bible College training in Khartoum. He has published a major collection of Dinka Hymns in Sudanese language. He came to Australia via Egypt, and has been the honorary pastor of our Sudanese congregation since 2005. Abraham is married to Sara and has three children.

Priscilla Sullivan
